Mini bio
How it started.
Holly became vegan in 2015. In her own account, food intolerances led her to explore different ways of eating, while her love of animals helped shape the decision. The Little Blog of Vegan grew from that search for new foods and recipes.
Finding her audience.
She built her work around vegan baking, from macarons to no-bake cheesecakes. Her publisher credits her with features in vegan magazines, HuffPost and BBC Good Food Magazine. These recipes also became the foundation of a cookbook career.
From blog to book.
Ebury Press published The Little Book of Vegan Bakes on 20 January 2022. It combines cakes and treats with step-by-step icing and decorating guides, and won the Vegan Choice Cookbook Award in 2022.
What she is making now.
Holly continues to publish recipes on her own site. Her autumn 2026 posts include coffee latte cookies, apple pie cinnamon rolls and a caramel latte tiramisu made in collaboration with Fairtrade UK.
