How it started.

Jack took a chef apprenticeship after Year 10 and became fully qualified. While working in a café, Jack launched a cooking channel in May 2019, encouraged by partner Jordie.

The recipe that changed things.

Jack credits the creamy garlic mushroom sauce video with changing the channel’s fortunes. Jordie suggested filming a sauce they already ate at home; its audience grew over time.

From videos to a cookbook.

In 2024, Jack published Dig In with Oriana Press. The debut brings together more than 80 recipes, beginning with sauces and pantry essentials before moving into mains, sides, breakfasts and desserts.

In the kitchen now.

Jack’s website describes a focus on restaurant-quality food made with accessible ingredients. Recent recipes include chicken jalfrezi meal prep, garlic herb chicken bowls and caramelised onion chicken pasta.
