Mini bio
How it started.
Jena completed aesthetics training at Citrus College in California in 2003. Their official Charm School biography also records a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, a laser externship with a local plastic surgeon and eight years working in bridal makeup.
Building SkinFIT.
Jena has owned SkinFIT Aesthetics since 2012. The practice now has two Arizona locations, with a focus on corrective facials, acne, aging and skin-barrier care. Jena’s treatment specialties include chemical peels, microneedling and dermaplaning.
Sharing the treatment-room knowledge.
With nurse Annie Bruno-Thurston, Jena co-hosted Charm School, a podcast answering questions about beauty, aesthetics and self-care. Their official training page also offers dermaplaning education for licensed skin-care professionals.
