How it started.
Kalash introduces himself on Mammi Ka Dhaba as an Indian food video creator. Famous Birthdays dates the channel’s creation to August 2018. By October 22, 2021, he was publishing food videos including Kaju Badam Pista Thandai, a look at the drink in Indore.
Finding an audience.
His street-food clips reached audiences beyond his own accounts. The Indian Express covered his chocolate golgappe video in January 2022. His September 2022 Dolly Ice Cream Short has since passed 134 million views on YouTube.
Food worth talking about.
In April 2023 he filmed gold-covered kulfi at Prakash Kulfi & Faluda Icecream in Indore. The Indian Express covered the video the following month.
