How it started.
Kristy’s own story connects her recipe sharing with a personal change: she says she lost 60 pounds in one year while following a keto lifestyle. On her About page, she describes six years of sharing recipes with the world.

Her work extends from social videos to cookbooks. Kristy’s Keto Recipes digital cookbook offers 62 recipes with links to cooking videos and Carb Manager.
