Mini bio
How it started.
Lana studied public relations at RMIT in Melbourne and began as a receptionist at Fox Footy Channel at Foxtel. A friend needing styling for a reality show gave her a way into fashion. She built her portfolio around corporate marketing work before committing to styling full time.
The looks that opened doors.
In 2012, she styled Ruby Rose for the cover of Covet Magazine. Lana later recalled that the neon Nicholas dress sold out on release day. She identifies two 2015 jobs as major breakthroughs: leading the styling project with Rachel Zoe at Chadstone and collaborating with Cappellazzo Couture on Scherri Lee Biggs’s Logies gown.
From styling to designing.
She founded her namesake footwear brand in 2019, bringing her interest in occasion dressing into shoes with colour, feminine details and statement shapes. Her work now also includes The Archive, a podcast with Rozalia Russian that takes fans behind fashion and social media.
