How it started.

Raised in South Carolina, Matt began posting comedy sketches to YouTube in 2008. He moved to California in 2015, joined Cyndago and edited for Markiplier. He and Ryan Magee launched SuperMega in 2016 and also edited for Game Grumps from 2016 to 2019.

The SuperMega connection.

Let’s Plays helped Matt and Ryan find their audience. Their shared channel grew into sketches, vlogs, fan mail openings and a weekly podcast. The friendship between the two hosts runs through the different formats.

Music from his bedroom.

Matt wrote and produced OUCH! in his bedroom during quarantine, releasing it on September 4, 2020. Its six tracks include “Nokia,” “Margie” and “Feel This Way.” See You There followed on November 7, 2022, with 12 songs.

Still making things together.

His recent SuperMega work includes Halloween comedy, Animal Crossing Deluxe, modded Minecraft streams and new supermegashow episodes. Alongside co-hosting, he receives intro, outro and graphic design credits on the podcast.
