Barbecue judging at Camp Foster
MCCS Okinawa’s Blues, Brews, & BBQ lineup named Moe as the cooking competition judge and featured him serving slow-smoked barbecue at Hickory House. Teams competed in shoulder/butt, brisket, and chicken.
