How it started.
Nadya began in fashion through personal style and travel blogging. The Fierce Diaries became a place to bring together high-street finds and luxury pieces. In a 2016 interview with Azyaamode, Nadya described five years of blogging and a long-standing wish to work in fashion.
From outfits to design.
An enthusiasm for shoes became a design project when Nadya struggled to find flats in the right styles and colours. After researching factories and suppliers, Nadya developed an eponymous collection with a focus on flats and inspiration from the 1920s.
Taking the blog further.
By 2015, Nadya was covering New York Fashion Week for Emirates Woman with Ralph Lauren Polo. A later collaboration introduced Maje’s Eid al-Adha evening capsule to the region. BOLD Management now represents Nadya worldwide and lists collaborations with Dior, Fendi, Clinique and La DoubleJ.
Life alongside fashion.
Beauty, travel and family have become part of the story alongside outfits. In a 2024 Harper’s Bazaar Junior interview, Nadya talked about motherhood, personal time and making room for baby Adam while continuing creative work.
