Mini bio
How it started.
After working in Asia, Neal returned to Southern California and used LinkedIn to rebuild his network. On July 10, 2008, he started Expert Answers to Your LinkedIn Questions. His wife encouraged him to turn that knowledge into a book, leading to Windmill Networking in 2009.
Finding his audience.
Neal calls his December 2009 talk at UCLA’s Gravity Summit a turning point. Requests from businesses followed, and he launched his social media strategy consultancy in 2010.
What fans can explore.
His books grew from LinkedIn networking into wider social media strategy, influencer relationships and digital marketing. Alongside writing and hosting Your Digital Marketing Coach, he teaches at Rutgers Business School and UCLA Extension.
