Mini bio
From art to movement.
Oriana first studied art in the Bay Area and hoped to work in animation. After leaving art school, she taught yoga, then chose physical therapy. She graduated from San Diego Mesa College’s PTA program in 2021 and found her focus in pelvic health.
Making room for creative work.
She says the PTA path gave her room for creative projects alongside patient care. That grew into educational videos, a website and courses. Her clinical approach brings together breathing, mindfulness and movement that fits into everyday life.
Finding an audience.
Her travel constipation video drew press attention in 2022. Her 5-5-5 postpartum rest video went viral in 2023. Today, fans can explore her How to Poop series and her three-hour Birth Prep course, alongside short videos about pregnancy and postpartum movement.
