How it started.
Peyton grew up with plenty of frozen pizza, chicken tenders and takeout. Cooking for herself in college was a learning curve, so she started Choosing Balance in 2017 to connect with others finding their way around the kitchen.
Finding her audience.
By January 2019, she was a guest on We Get to Know under the name Peyton Galt. The interview explored her growing food blog, small-town Missouri life, running and an approach to eating that avoided complicated rules or expensive ingredients.
