How it started.
Reese began sharing outfits on Instagram in 2015. In her own account of those early days, she describes mirror photos in her parents’ basement and a full year of posting an outfit every day. Limited money encouraged her to find new combinations in clothes she already owned.
Finding her place.
An agent and a trip to Paris Fashion Week with Need Supply helped turn that habit into work. Reese recalls going on to collaborate with brands including Gucci, Paco Rabanne, Proenza Schouler and Miu Miu. By January 2017, W had profiled her approach to personal style.
Clothes to come back to.
Repeat styling remains central to her work. Her 2023 Future Collective collection with Target brought her interest in vintage clothes, color and nature to more than 100 fall pieces. Her With Care newsletter now shares outfit breakdowns, vintage finds and glimpses of her home.
