How it started.
Before What Robin Eats, Robin spent more than ten years modeling lookbooks, editorials and runway shows. Questions about what models eat helped spark her food posts. She began treating plating as a creative outlet, sharing toast combinations, cold brew drinks and cauliflower oat bowls.
From hashtag to a community.
Robin told XOMAD that she created @whatrobineats in January 2016 after using the hashtag for years. The account grew organically, and she recalled beginning to earn money from content within a year. Her food community grew around healthy breakfasts, comfort food ideas and fitness events.

Her recipes span breakfast, baking and homemade café drinks. She has collected her coffee, chai and matcha ideas in Cold Brew Like Robin and her vegetable-filled breakfasts in CauliOats Cookbook. In October 2026, her posts included the Cold Foam Club and Ovenless series.
