Mini bio

How it started.

Before RollinJoint became a food destination, Rollin worked in data analysis and made travel content. During the pandemic he turned his attention to food. A 2021 Hot Dinners introduction described the Korean American blogger’s growing TikTok audience, following his guides to Korean supermarkets and London restaurants.

What keeps him going.

His work now spends time with small independent restaurants and the people behind them. On his site, he explains that bigger brand collaborations help fund that coverage. His reviews pair personal stories with what to order and practical information for a visit.

From recommendations to gatherings.

In May 2026, he and Market Root brought JUNG Korean Food Festival to King’s Cross. The event drew crowds keen to try everyday Korean dishes. JUNG later curated the food programme for BTS THE CITY ARIRANG LONDON, with Rollin selecting Bunsik as a participant.

Trying the next thing.

Rollin’s Start Here page takes a more personal turn. Inspired by the film Here, he began making public the ambitions he had kept putting off. His Nadègee list includes learning in restaurant kitchens and one day opening a restaurant of his own.
