Rubeiri shares her work under the name @rubeiriplus. Famous Birthdays dates her first TikTok posts to March 2020, beginning with a video of her dancing in a floral dress. By 2022, Who What Wear was featuring her as a plus-size model and content creator, asking her about spring trends and the pieces on her shopping list.

Color and self-expression run through her work. In her Who What Wear interview, she explained that she wore bold hues even before they returned to fashion.
