Mini bio
How it started.
Miami-born and raised, Samantha Schnur started The Naughty Fork in 2014. While following a pre-med track in college, she wanted a creative break from studying. Reviewing meals around campus became a way to share food discoveries and connect with other people.
Finding her format.
As her audience grew, Sam made The Naughty Fork her full-time focus. She says moving from restaurant coverage to cooking at home helped the platform grow further. Her recipe pages turn familiar cravings into combinations such as Big Mac Smash Tacos and Charcuterie Nachos.
Beyond the feed.
Forbes included her in its 2020 Food & Drink 30 Under 30 class. In 2026 she published The Naughty Cookbook, hosted Naughty Bites at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival and helped bring food lovers and dog owners together through Bone Appétit, a brunch benefiting PAWS4you Rescue.
