Mini bio

How it started.

Sasha built abookutopia around her love of books, starting YouTube at fifteen. Reading had not always come easily: she told The Christian Science Monitor that reading The Hunger Games and Divergent with her mother helped her learn to enjoy it.

From reader to writer.

Friendships with authors helped Sasha imagine writing her own stories. Lindsay Cummings invited her to write together, and their partnership produced Zenith and Nexus, the two books in the Androma Saga. Zenith became a New York Times bestseller.

A story of her own.

Breaking Time brought her interest in Scotland into a fantasy romance about time travel, magic and Klara and Callum. Sasha cited Outlander as an inspiration and spoke about bringing her own experiences of grief into the novel. Fracturing Fate completed the duology in 2023.

Inside publishing.

Sasha now also works behind the scenes at Joffe Books as its senior social media manager. In June 2026, she was listed as a speaker on building online communities at The Bookseller’s Marketing & Publicity Conference.
