Mini bio

How it started.

Cooking dinner for a large family became the starting point for Tieghan’s career. She began photographing meals and recording recipes, then launched Half Baked Harvest in 2012. Her mother has worked alongside her from the beginning.

Finding an audience.

Early recognition included a Better Homes and Gardens readers’ choice award in 2014, followed by SAVEUR’s readers’ choice award for Most Inspired Weeknight Dinners in 2016. Her first cookbook followed in 2017.

From blog to books.

Super Simple, Every Day and Quick & Cozy followed her debut. Her fifth cookbook, Half Baked Harvest at Home, is scheduled for February 23, 2027. Recipes, food photography and meals for family and friends remain at the center of her work.
