Mini bio

How it started.

Trevor grew up in Camarillo, California. At 17, his mother encouraged him to try a six-week class at Ventura Harbor Comedy Club. He made Vine videos while attending San Jose State University, then moved to Los Angeles in 2015 and interned at the Groundlings.

Finding his characters.

His sketches turn familiar social types into characters. Early Zumiez employee impersonations drew attention, and his 2019 White Claw parody brought a much wider audience. The accompanying T-shirts also brought a cease-and-desist from the drinks company.

Beyond the short clips.

Trevor and Michael Blaustein started Stiff Socks in 2019. His first stand-up special, Pterodactyl, followed on Prime Video in 2023. He has kept touring alongside his online work, extending The Alpha Beta Male tour and releasing a separate crowd-work special on YouTube in 2026.

Trivia

  1. His early Zumiez employee videos were phone-shot character sketches; interviewer Tom Boyd described the first as a single take.
  2. The crowd-work special came from a last-minute Valentine’s Day show during a night off in Austin.
  3. The Shorty Awards credits his White Claw parody with the catchphrase “Ain’t No Laws When You’re Drinking Claws.”
