What began as a healthy-eating project became a vegan baking resource, with familiar cakes, cookies and other desserts at its center. She also took Foodtography School in 2019, developing her interest in photography and video.
From blog to cookbook.
Her 2020 cookbook Baked with Love brought her vegan desserts into print, including options for readers avoiding gluten, grains or nuts. Her official biography also lists an upcoming cookbook, Sweet Vegan. On the blog, vanilla cake and chocolate chip cookies remain reader favorites.
