A visual beginning.
Born in Salisbury, Brittany studied Visual Arts in Norwich before working in fashion retail. In a Studio Nicholson interview, they described visual merchandising as a creative outlet that helped them understand how they communicate through images, objects and clothes.
From outfits to an audience.
Instagram came before the blog. Speaking to GLAMOUR in April 2019, Brittany said they had started sharing outfit photographs almost five years earlier, with the blog growing naturally as their audience developed. Their approach favoured longevity, rewearing and restyling pieces from both high-street and designer brands.
