Mini bio

How it started.

Christina began sharing her meals on Instagram, then opened The Whole Cook as a home for her recipes. In her own account of that journey, she says the audience turned her love of cooking into a full-time job.

Finding her approach.

A first Whole30 grew into 90 days and taught her to pay closer attention to ingredients and how food made her feel. Her cooking now emphasizes variety, with whole foods at the center and plenty of quick meals for families.

From blog to bookshelf.

Her 2020 cookbook, Clean Paleo One-Pot Meals, brought together 100 family recipes using sheet pans, skillets, and soup pots. She is also credited on the 2025 collection Paleo Simple alongside Ashley McCrary, Jessica DeMay, and Monica Stevens Le.
