Mini bio
How it started.
Erin grew up cooking and baking with her mom in Pennsylvania. Food blogs appealed to her for the personal stories as much as the recipes, and her mom encouraged her to start one. She built her own site by watching YouTube tutorials after work and launched Erin Lives Whole in 2017.
Taking the leap.
After studying communications at Temple University, Erin worked in public relations and at a software company. In May 2018, she left her corporate job to make Erin Lives Whole her full-time work, giving herself a year to make it succeed. In her Home Appétit interview, she credited consistent posting and a supportive circle of fellow food creators with helping the account grow.
