Mini bio
How it started.
Laura says she first tried keto in 2019. After a difficult period in 2020, she returned to it in 2021 with a more relaxed approach and a focus on her relationship with food. She kept sharing recipes throughout those changes, and her audience continued to grow.
Finding her people.
In her Why Not Magazine interview, she explained that she started her account because strict fitness content did not reflect her experience. Showing everyday life and imperfection helped her videos reach people who recognised themselves in her story.
From videos to books.
Cocina keto brought together 100 Mediterranean-inspired recipes in 2022. Keto flexible followed in 2024 with 101 recipes and ideas for fitting cooking around everyday life. Her Bebé sin azúcar account explores motherhood and baby-led weaning, a subject she took into a Grijalbo book in 2025.
