How it started.

Liz and Tyler started The Clean Eating Couple in 2013 after changing how they ate. In an early interview, Liz said the blog began as a way to share recipes and workouts with friends and family. Their Instagram account started alongside it in November 2013.

Finding their audience.

By August 2015, an interview with A Dish of Daily Life was celebrating their first 10,000 Instagram followers. Liz credited regular conversations with other accounts and sharing food and products they actually used. Both had studied business subjects: marketing for Liz, and management and leadership for Tyler.

Cooking for real life.

Their work now centers on approachable recipes for busy kitchens, from soups and pasta to meals made in one pan. Easy Healthy Dinners collects 60 dinner recipes, including reader favorites and recipes developed for the book. Liz also writes Tasty Treats & Eats, a separate website for simple desserts.
