Mel built a channel around a personal love of luxury fashion, sharing designer purchases, detailed comparisons, shopping trips and travel. The audience is the faMELy, a name that turns up throughout the channel. In May 2026, Mel celebrated ten years on YouTube with a Louis Vuitton Mini Pochette collection video and a giveaway for viewers.

Much of the appeal is seeing how luxury purchases work over time. Mel revisits bags and jewellery after years of ownership, compares sizes and colours, and shares purchases they would approach differently.
