How it started.
Nitika began blogging in 2011 during her MBA internship, after spending spare time reading fashion blogs and magazines. Her shopping hauls and reviews soon found regular readers. Originally called Shopaholic Me, the blog became The Shopaholic Diaries as she broadened its fashion and lifestyle coverage.
Style with confidence.
Curvy style became a recurring part of her work, with outfits intended to encourage readers to try trends and wear clothes they enjoy. Her blog won Best Fashion & Lifestyle Blog at BlogAdda’s WIN15 awards in 2015.
Beyond the outfit diary.
After leaving a full-time role at TikTok and moving to Japan, Nitika turned to freelance writing for publications including Tokyo Weekender and Tokyo Night Owl. Her TSD Life in Tokyo posts discussed the practical challenges of settling abroad. Now based in Singapore, she shares fashion, luxury shopping, beauty and travel content.
