Mini bio
How it started.
Noel grew up in Munich with a German mother and a Nigerian father. At 16, after years of watching dance videos, Noel began practising alone in a room. Kida the Great was a key inspiration. Dance school and teaching followed; TikTok was initially a way to bring people to the dance classes.
The breakout.
The combination of street dancing, playful surprises and pulling down a hood to reveal an Afro became Noel’s signature. ZDF’s documentary traces the leap from early TikTok success to trips around the world, where local people and music became part of the videos.
Behind the videos.
The 2026 ZDF series follows both the work and the strain of a life spent travelling. It also introduces Noel’s sister Abies, who became the creator’s manager. Beyond social videos, Noel’s official website lists a global ambassador role with Adidas, and Forbes included Noel in its 2026 European 30 Under 30 class.
