Mini bio
How it started.
Rachel began sharing food ideas with close friends in the summer of 2013. Friends from the gym had asked for her recipes after noticing changes in her health and energy. Those posts spread beyond her circle and became the foundation of CleanFoodCrush.
From recipes to a community.
She built her work around meals that busy families could actually prepare, using whole foods and familiar ingredients. CleanFoodCrush grew into a website and social channels, with cookbooks and a 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge offering recipes, shopping lists and community support.
In her kitchen now.
Her recent recipes range from lemony soups and slow cooker dinners to pumpkin sheet pan pancakes. Meal prep and practical cooking options run through the collection, including dishes with instructions for more than one appliance.
