The first posts.

A visit from his younger brother prompted Ryan to try TikTok in summer 2019. He already had videos of his cooking saved on his phone. By October 2020, his pasta account had reached a million followers. In 2021, he announced he was leaving Iron Born Pizza to work on Peters Pasta full time.

Bigger batches, shared meals.

His egg-doubling challenges grew into community meals. A 2023 Happy Egg partnership included a 4,096-yolk batch and 300 pounds of donated pasta. His collaboration with MrBeast used more than 10,000 eggs and produced 670 pounds of pasta for a North Carolina soup kitchen.
