Mini bio

How it started.

TyLynn grew up in the Boston area and entered fashion after being scouted at 17. A track scholarship took TyLynn to the University of Rhode Island, where an interest in clothing became a foundation for a career in design. In an interview with Gossamer, TyLynn recalled wanting deeper conversations and creative agency beyond modeling.

From model to designer.

The namesake intimates label was already gaining attention when Mother profiled TyLynn in 2015. Its slips and simple silhouettes reflected an interest in lingerie as something women could enjoy for themselves. By 2020, L’Officiel described a following that included Gigi Hadid and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, alongside a growing audience for TyLynn’s fashion and beauty perspective.

A new chapter.

In a sponsored Vanity Fair interview for Rothy’s, TyLynn explained that the lingerie business closed during the pandemic to make room for family responsibilities. Content creation and modeling became the focus. More recent work includes Unsubscribed’s summer 2024 lookbook, the 2025 STAUD for St. Regis creator partnership, and Brooks Brothers’ 2026 Make It Yours campaign.

TyLynn earned a full scholarship to run track at the University of Rhode Island, as recalled in the Gossamer interview.
In the ReSee interview, TyLynn remembered shopping for vintage Levi’s on Cape Cod in high school and said those jeans were still in the wardrobe.
