How it started.
Alicia built an audience around outfit photographs on Instagram under the name Lissy Roddy, also sharing looks through a blog and YouTube. Famous Birthdays records that Alicia studied Business Management at New College Nottingham Adams and contributed Instagram photography tips to the Missguided blog in April 2016.
Finding an audience.
By June 2020, Harper’s BAZAAR Serbia was highlighting Alicia’s summer outfits and reporting a million Instagram followers. Its selection focused on combinations such as oversized jackets with sports shorts and tennis skirts, a useful glimpse of the mix of tailored and sporty pieces that fans follow Alicia for.
From outfits to collaborations.
Brand projects have made that styling point of view part of the work itself. MELLER’s 2025 collection was tested, approved and styled by Alicia. For Ksubi by Lissy Roddy, Alicia helped establish the capsule’s direction, choosing silhouettes, colours and materials for a collection inspired by London.
