How it started.
Before Karachi Vynz, the team acted in Bahria University Dramatics Society productions. In their Times of Youth interview, they traced the page to November 2014, when Azeem Akhter and Mansoor Qureshi began making videos. Daniyal Sheikh joined a few months later. Their first clip, filmed on a mobile phone, compared traffic police in Karachi with elsewhere in Pakistan.
Finding their audience.
The group wanted Karachi’s culture to have a place in Pakistan’s growing vines scene. They named Lahori’s Common Question as an early breakthrough, saying it brought more than 10,000 Facebook likes in a day. Their 2017 Sonu parody later attracted international coverage after responding to the Panama Papers verdict.
What to watch.
Their channel mixes everyday sketches with street challenges. Task Force asks Karachi passers-by to write Urdu phrases, while Dastan e Social Media 2025 turns a year of memes and trending moments into a fictional storyline. The channel lists Mansoor Qureshi and Daniyal Sheikh as co-founders and Aamir Malik as content head.
