Mini bio
How it started.
Lauren came to rental property with an early introduction to real estate from her father. After working in the medical field, she saved enough to buy her first rental property, a path she discussed in her September 2022 podcast interview.
Learning by doing.
On The Fiscal Feminist in August 2023, she explained how co-hosting helped her move from nursing into real estate full time. Her parents were her first co-hosting clients: she proposed putting their rental property on Airbnb and handling the work herself.
What she shares.
Her current storefront brings that hosting experience into digital resources and coaching. The Airbnb 5-Star SuperHost Starter Kit includes an ebook, guest-message templates, a customizable guidebook and a cleaning checklist. She also offers a co-hosting resource and a personal guide about leaving nursing and building her business.
