How it started.
Nadine and Jörg started Eat this! in 2011 as a public notebook for recipe ideas. Based near Ulm, they built a home for plant-based cooking, writing and photography, with recipes intended for everyone who enjoys good food.
From design to dinner.
Before making the blog their full-time work, they worked in graphic and web design. Cookbooks followed, including Vegan kann jeder in 2014 and Vegan frühstücken kann jeder in 2015. Their blog won Best Design at the Food Blog Award 2015 and the vegan/vegetarian category in 2016.
In their kitchen.
Their work ranges from everyday dinners to sourdough baking and making tofu, tempeh and kimchi from scratch. The blog also makes room for travel diaries, garden updates and candid reflections on earning a living as independent creators.
