How it started.
Born and raised in Sardinia, Elisabetta moved to London at 18. In her author biography for Londra Da Vivere, she recalls working for two years before enrolling in a psychology course while continuing to work part-time.
Finding her subject.
She launched The Italian Foodaholic on Instagram in January 2021 to review Italian restaurants in London. Her Londra Da Vivere column explains the aim: finding places that reflect Italian food traditions. Today her official site brings together recipes, restaurant picks and travel tips.

Her work includes a London Italian Food Guide and the Sardinian Bites recipe series. She also joined the judging panel for Arla Pro’s Britain’s Best Pizza 2024, assessing innovation and trends. In her judges interview, she explains that she also manages social media for restaurants and pizzerias.
