How it started.
Growing up watching food shows, Eshaan recreated dishes with ingredients at hand. He wanted to be a chef by sixth grade and later studied at WGSHA, MAHE.
Finding his audience.
In his January 2023 Eat My News interview, he said a job offer was delayed, then cancelled during the pandemic. He began posting food photos and videos in lockdown. An Indian-food plating video brought about eight million views and 50,000 followers, by his account. When the employer called again, he chose content creation.

His Indian Bawarchi channel shares professional recipes and cooking basics. Recent videos range from paneer Manchurian to stuffed kebabs and a Vadilal dessert collaboration.
