How it started.
Laura learned to bake alongside her grandmother, picking up skills such as shaping sticky buns and crimping pie crust. A self-taught baker with a journalism background, she now develops, tests and photographs recipes for Tutti Dolci. The site’s available recipe archive reaches back to March 2011.

Tutti Dolci focuses on approachable desserts with clear instructions, process photos and video guidance. Salted brownie cookies are one of the site’s reader favorites, while fruit-filled crumb bars and sour cream pound cake reflect her fondness for familiar desserts.
