Mini bio
How it started.
Mini grew up in a large vegetarian family in India, cooking with cousins during school holidays. Her mother taught her to experiment with spices and remains her greatest culinary influence.
A kitchen in London.
After more than two decades in London, she describes cooking as a way to reset. Poetry of Spices shares her home recipes and has grown to include bespoke catering for events across the UK.
Recipes and recognition.
Her work spans Indian breads and curries, baking and dishes inspired by other cuisines. She also offers the Ambrosia e-magazine. Poetry of Spices received LUXlife’s Most Creative Food Blog 2023 award for South East England.
