Mini bio
How it started.
Parth grew up interested in food and credits his mother’s cooking with drawing him into the kitchen. He studied engineering, taught himself to bake, and told Grazia that he began creating content on Instagram in 2017 before moving into YouTube and television.
Finding his audience.
His early work explored Nagpur’s eateries under the name Nagpur Ka Tadka. In a 2022 Times of India interview, he described finding an audience through local food videos about biryani, poha, samosas and matka roti. He later shifted toward recipes and baking workshops.
From kitchen to cookbook.
Plated by Parth became the name of his home bakery and his debut cookbook, published by Ebury Press in May 2025. His work helps home cooks tackle pastries and desserts, including recipes that bring Indian flavours into familiar baking formats. Forbes included him in its 2026 Asia 30 Under 30 list.
