Family flavors.
Juliana comes from Belo Horizonte and has family roots in Bahia. She studied administration and gastronomy, and remembers cooking feijoada in a clay pot with her father. That mix of family food and curiosity still runs through her work.
Paris to the barbecue.
She earned her Grand Diplôme at Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2018. Photos and recipes from her studies helped her build an early online audience. Back in Brazil, she found her own style by pairing churrasco with French techniques and sauces.
Finding her audience.
After working in a French restaurant in Belo Horizonte, she began posting recipe videos during the pandemic in 2020. Her 2021 appearance on Mestre do Sabor brought wider attention. Today fans can follow her recipes, learn through Sabor do Fogo and watch her judge cooking on television.
